The follow general advice may be helpful if you have problems attempting to install our drivers to a PC running Windows. 

1. Anti-virus software can sometimes interfere with software installation. Try temporarily disabling your AV software or "whitelisting" the Fractal Audio driver installer.
2. In newer versions of Windows, there may be issues related to permissions. To overcome this, instead of simply double clicking the installer, double-click while holding the SHIFT/CTRL keys at the same time. You will be asked for approval to run the program with Administrator permissions.
